Refund policy
At MCAA Hats, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You should receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@mcaahats.com.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
